Exporting Reports

All reports have the multiple export options described below. They export in one of two styles:

1. Report Format: Contain a formal report header containing the facility name and parameter information.
   
   
2. Data Only Format: No report header but does have fields showing the parameters used.

To export reports: 

1. Once the report results are visible, click Export.
   
   
2. Select the desired file type.
   
   
3. The report will automatically download to your device.
   
   

Report Export File Types Available

1. Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
   • Format: Report
   • Some reports separate the information into individual tabs by unit, whereas others are all in the same tab.
     • E.g. TUx Summary vs Simplified Leak History
       
       
2. PDF (.pdf)
   • Format: Report
     
     
3. Accessible PDF (.pdf)
   • Format: Report
     • This type of PDF is structured to be easily used by assistive technologies like screen readers and screen magnifiers, etc.
       
       
4. Comma Separated Values (.csv)
   • Format: Data Only
     • All data is in a single tab with column headers for each field
       
       
5. Microsoft Powerpoint (.pptx)
   • Format: Report
     
     
6. Microsoft Word (.docx)
   • Format: Report
     
     
7. XML (.xml)
   • Currently contains no data
