Field Requirements
| Field | Description |
| Date and Time of Inspection | Each inspection must include both a date and a time. While the time stamp can be the same for all records, it must be present for every entry. |
| Unit | Specify the LUnit where the component is located. |
| Tag | Indicate the component on which the inspection is being logged. |
| Analyzer | An analyzer must be included for every record, even for AVO inspections. |
