- Click Leaks.
- Choose the leak to which you want to add a retest.
- Click View Leak.
- In top of the Individual Leak View page, you will see the action buttons for adding M21, AVO, or OGI Retests. Click the one you want to add.
- Fill in the required fields plus any additional information you may have.
- Click Save.
