APK File Installation:
- Use the Chateau Mobile FileShare link to download the APK file to your mobile device, or to your laptop for transfer to your device.
- You may be prompted to install when downloading completes. If not, locate the APK file in the File app and tap it to begin installation.
- Tap Install when prompted.
- After installation completes, tap Open to launch Chateau Mobile.
- Acknowledge the Data Usage Notice and grant all permissions.
To update, download the newest version from the same link, and follow the installation process. At step 3, you will tap Update instead of Install.
Play Store Installation:
- Search “Chateau Mobile” in the Play Store.
- Confirm the name of the app, and the publisher’s name should be LDARtools.
- Tap Install.
- After installation completes, tap Open to launch Chateau Mobile.
- Acknowledge the Data Usage Notice and grant all permissions.
The Play Store should automatically update Chateau Mobile when a new version is released. If not, please follow this process:
- Tap and hold the Chateau Mobile icon and tap App Info.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap App Details.
- Tap Update in the prompted Google Play page.
iOS Installation:
- Search “Chateau Mobile” in the App Store.
- Confirm the name of the app, and the developer name should be LDARtools.
- Tap the Get button to install.
- Note: You may have to sign in to your Apple account to initiate the installation.

- After installation completes, tap Open to launch Chateau Mobile.
- Acknowledge the Data Usage Notice and grant all permissions.
The App Store should automatically update Chateau Mobile when a new version is released. If not, follow the installation process above, and then tap Update instead of Get on step 3.
