Calibration Reports

The following reports are available to you in the “Calibration” folder on the Reports tab.

Report Description
Analyzer Drift Reports drifts for analyzers drifted using the Standard method. Only analyzers with a standard drift in the selected date range will appear in the “Analyzer” parameter.
Daily Calibration Reports Daily Calibrations for analyzers. Only analyzers that had a Daily Calibration record in the database for the selected date range will appear in the “Analyzer” parameter.
Daily Calibration – Form 2 Reports Daily Calibrations for analyzers. This is different than the Daily Calibration report in that it includes the warm-up start time and “Probe Flow” columns and does not have the “Confirmation Time.” Only analyzers with a Daily Calibration record in the database for the selected date range will appear in the “Analyzer” parameter.
Precision Calibration Reports Precision Calibration information for analyzers with response times. Only analyzers with a Precision Calibration record in the database for the selected date range will appear in the “Analyzer” parameter.
PreCal Sticker Generates a brief summary of the Precision Calibration that includes Average Response Time for each cylinder for each analyzer for the current quarter.

This can be taped to the analyzer so technicians have access to response times in the field. It will generate a summary for extension and standard probe Precision Calibration records if present for the current quarter.

Note: Precision Calibrations in the current quarter are required for generating this report.
VVa Drift Reports drifts for analyzers drifted using the VVa method.
VVa Drift – Form 2 This report is different than the VVa Drift report in that it also includes the cylinder serial, calibration time, probe type, and the “Cal Note” column.
