The SpanBox5 is set to upload records from the current day on the following day around 3:00 AM, providing the SpanBox5 is connected to the network. If there are any existing network issues, this automated upload will not occur.
Best Practice is to log in to Chateau every morning and check to see if the previous day’s records have uploaded. If not, both manual methods (either manually exporting, or exporting to USB) may be used to upload the previous day’s records.
