Click Users in the left menu to open the user grid.
Search for the desired user.
Click the user’s name in the grid to open the User Details.
Click the Assignments tab.
Check the box next to the database you want to remove access, or remove assignment for.
Click Remove Assignment.
Click Remove when prompted.
User Credentials Note
Before deactivating or removing a user’s access to a database, confirm all mobile devices logged into Chateau Mobile with the user's credentials are checked in.
Check in on the Dashboard in Chateau Mobile.
Then proceed with removing the user’s access to the database in Majordomo by removing their assignment to that database or Security Group, or deactivate the user depending on the goal you are aiming to achieve.
Lastly, update the data connection in Chateau Mobile with a different user.
Note: If a company is assigned a different tenet than yourself, you must go to the database, click the user, and then remove the assignment. You can confirm this change by checking the assignments in User Details.
