Acquiring Online Training Credentials

At this time, only courses for phx42 Level 1 Certifications are available through LDARtools Online Training. Training courses for Chateau and other tools will be available in the future.

To acquire credentials for online training:

1. Go to: LDARtools.com > Support > Customer Portal.
    

2. Click the General Questions - Request Portal Access Contact Us tile.

   

    

3. Fill in all the required fields, and in the Message Subject and Ask Your Question fields, specify that you are requesting access to the customer portal.

   • Be sure to use your company email address for the Email Address field.
      

4. Click Submit Ticket.
    

5. Once you receive a response at the email address submitted with your request, refer to the information provided to access the Customer Portal.
    

6. Once you have Customer Portal credentials, click Sign In at the top-right of any Customer Portal page, enter your credentials, and click Log In.
