- Ensure the units are on chargers overnight.
- If the battery shows Uncharged after 12 hours on the charger, connect to the phxApp.
- Run a self-check and report an issue on the Customer Portal.
- Attach the phx42 logs from the SpanBox5 to the Customer Portal.

- Connect to the phxApp.
- Run the self-check and report an issue on the Customer Portal.
- Attach the phx42 logs from the SpanBox5 to the support ticket.
- Connect to the phxApp.
