Click Users in the left menu to open the User grid.

Search for the desired user.

Click the user’s name in the grid to open User Details.

Click the trash can icon next to the user’s name.

Click Deactivate in the pop-up window when prompted.
This removes the user from all assignments and memberships, after which they can no longer sign in. Deactivated users are by default not included in the Users grid, however they are accessible by sliding the Show deactivated users toggle to the on position.
