Coordinator Sign Off

The coordinator in this instance is defined as the person responsible for the database management and/or administration.

When utilized, the Coordinator Sign Off process is an essential step in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data uploaded to the database. This feature works in tandem with Technician Sign Off, which, when enabled, technicians complete before the end-of-day check-in. Coordinator Sign Off is primarily used in sites governed by consent decrees requiring verification and certification of data authenticity.

The Coordinator Sign Off feature is accessible in the Porches section under the Sign Offs tab.
The Missed Coordinator Sign Off audit on the Owner’s Porch should be toggled on to report dates the coordinator failed to sign after all inspections for the day had been entered.
