Typically, boxes are left on at all times.
To restart:

Tap Menu.

Tap Restart.
To shut down:

Tap Menu.

Tap Shut Down.
- Note: If you have an auto-sync scheduled and the SpanBox is shut down, the auto-sync will NOT be successful.
