If you want to obtain access to your Chateau Database, for yourself or anyone else, please submit the request via email to support@ldartools.com. In the email, please provide the following details:

Full name

The name of your Chateau Database. It will appear in parenthesis in the upper left corner of the Home Page on your Database.

Email address.

Refer to Chateau Roles for more details on roles. Tell us which roles you should have assigned.

Send a CC of this request to your Database Administrator.
LDARtools may contact your Database Administrator to approve this request.
You will then be notified via email with the necessary credentials to sign in.
