Non-Critical Self-Check Issues

  1. If this is a charge or battery issue:

    1. Ensure the units are on chargers overnight.

    2. If the battery shows Uncharged after 12 hours on the charger, connect to the phxApp.

    3. Run a self-check and report an issue on the Customer Portal.

    4. Attach the phx42 logs from the SpanBox5 to the Customer Portal.

  2. If this is a heater issue:

    1. Connect to the phxApp.

    2. Run the self-check and report an issue on the Customer Portal.

    3. Attach the phx42 logs from the SpanBox5 to the support ticket.
