Project Setup

  1. Ensure all relevant properties are marked for Chateau Mobile in Settings / Chateau Mobile Properties.

    a. Tag, Type, Subtype, Size, REN, and Location Description are the only properties available in the FixTag grid.

  2. Confirm all techs are marked as Technicians and Suggesters. Mark specific techs as Approvers, if applicable.

  3. Confirm/Edit/Shorten ChangeWhy picklist.

  4. Set up your Project Porches. Go to Porches / Audit Settings, identify the data quality group, and turn on the porches that are important to you. Assign email alerts, if applicable.

  5. Open the Component grid.

  6. Select the components (LUnit, Area, Tags, Stream, etc.) in the Component grid.

  7. Create a Tour.

    a. Name it.

    b. Inspection Why = AVO FixTag

    c. Set the due date (Note: The tour will disappear if the due date elapses before completion.)

  8. Assign the tour to the designated tech.

  9. Check out.

 

Project QC and Management

The FixTag tours will be resolved as the components in the tours are marked “Done” by the field technician.

Tech’s Role Edits to Existing Components New Components
Suggester MOC Porch – Current.

All edits must be approved by an Approver before going into the database. You can easily mark any components for review and approval by and Approver and load them into a QC Tour.
New Component Porch – Current.

All New Components must be approved by an Approver before going into the database. You can easily mark any components for review and approval by and Approver and load them into a QC Tour.
Suggester and Approver MOC Porch – Historical

These edits will be loaded straight into Chateau.
New Component Porch – Historical

These New Components will be loaded straight into Chateau.

 

Reminder: Be sure to check your Owner’s Porches each day.
